It is easier than it looks! You just have to hold the bottle stationary, and then cut across the front, back, and top of the foil. Now, keep your fingers clear of the blade and the foil. Remember that, the next step is to set the screw and insert it, but it has to be right off the center, and rotate it straight into the cork. Screw, screw into the cork until only one curl remains. The lever on the first step, then the second, and finally take the cork out with your hand.
  1. How to taste wine

Learning to taste wine will only take you 4 easy steps:

·         Take a look in order to check the color, opacity, and viscosity. It is not necessary to take more than 5 seconds on this step.

·         Now smell it. Think from big to small considering possible fruit smell such as citrus or tropical fruits in whites or, when tasting reds, red fruits, blue fruits, or black fruits. Don’t bother to be too specific, this can be a little frustrating in the beginning.

·         Time to taste it. When tasting your wine, you should consider three aspects: taste, texture, and length. For the first one, it is important to open your sensitivity and detect some acid flavor typical of the grapes, or maybe the sweetness of the fruit sugars or maybe some bitterness manifested like a tonic-water-type flavor.
