Chocolate and wine: tastes good!

In this millennium, societies and people living in the middle of the madness that means getting money to solve the problems that afflict their daily situation and completely forget that the good times are those spent with family and good friends. Furthermore if you can share a good meal and a few drinks that will make the moment a gift that we have in our memories for a lifetime.
And to create memorable memories we have to choose some essential elements, for example, the food and liquor (of course if you are one of those who drink). But talking about food or better yet: desserts, because sweetness is the answer for all your questions about life, and they are really great in a reunion. Although there are some people who don’t like to eat desserts, are they aliens? If we want to be specific, there are some people who don’t like to eat or even taste chocolate, and if you are one of them, let me tell you this: weirdo!
Back to the issue of food and liquor in a friends and family reunion, yes, let’s talk about now alcohol and what’s better than a good wine? Of course is awesome to have a glass of wine in your hand and just taste it and it feels good, right?  “But wait a minute! Chocolate and wine? Are you crazy?” (Some people at this moment).Yes, There are many people who resist this couple but it is possible.
Wine and chocolate are an excellent combination and if you want to pair them make sure you follow this tips:
According to Food and Wine:
·         When it comes to desserts—especially superrich, decadent, chocolate desserts—don’t even try to pair them with a table wine. They’re much too sweet. Instead, pour a sweet dessert wine.”
·         Chocolate is actually very easy to pair with wine when it’s an ingredient in a dish, for example in a Mexican mole.”
And in an article in Wine Folly, it is said this:
“The Chocolate Cake Effect I’ve served several diners who were drinking a Shiraz with chocolate cake. They loved it. It’s possible that the addition of starches and fat to a chocolate cake may work with more dry-style red wines.
As you see, chocolate and wine are a badass decision to make if you want to impress your people and of course having good memories. Don’t eat all the chocolate and make sure you taste it with a good wine! And watch this amazing video about pairing those two incredible miracles in your mouth:
