  1. Different wines glasses affect the quality of wine?
Back in the 80’s, a guy called Geog Riedel created different types of glasses for wine. However, the diversity of wine glasses he created confused wine drinkers, so he decided to organize the first “wine glassing tastings” in which people, even novice wine drinkers, could notice the huge difference between certain glass shapes. So we recommend you to try some of your favorite bottles of wine in different wine glasses; play in your own personal wine party with diverse glass and decide which one you prefer.
  1. How long an open wine bottle lasts?
How long an open wine bottle lasts

This question can be answered depending on the type of wine you have opened:
  • Red wine: 3–5 days in a cool dark place with a cork.
  • Sparkling wine: 1–3 days in the fridge with a sparkling wine stopper.
  • Light white, rosé and sweet white wines: 5–7 days in the fridge with a cork.
  • Full-bodied white wine: 3–5 days in the fridge with a cork.
  1. What is the proper wine temperature?
As well as the previous question, the answer in this case also varies depending on the type of wine you are drinking. Of course, as coffee, soda or beer, temperature plays an important role. So, pay attention to the following tips:

  • White wines: perfect to drink at 44-57 ºF.
  • Red wines: it would be better when served slightly below room temperature of 53-69 ºF.
  • Sparkling wines: sparklers do great at 38 – 45 °F.
  • Rosé wine: the best way to drink this wine is cold, so place it in the fridge immediately after buying it and serve it between 50 to 60 ºF.
