Tasters do pretty much the same with wine; they need to taste it over and over until they can totally confirm that it has a flavor that can be good for the consumers (or at least most of them).

However not everyone has the same taste for wines, some people would possibly agree that a wine is good and other is not while other consumers think the opposite. Chances are that there is a point in which it becomes relative according to the taste of each consumer, same way not everyone favorites blues as their favorite color, some people do like a specific wine and some other people just don’t.
